Showcase Your Organization
The exhibit hall at the Virginia Governor’s Housing Conference is the hub of conference activities including networking breaks, meals, and receptions. This prime location will serve as your opportunity to showcase your organization and network with housing and community development professionals from across the commonwealth.
Do not miss this opportunity to exhibit at the largest housing event in Virginia. Conference attendees will include nonprofit and for-profit developers, lenders, builders, realtors, architects, state and local officials, homeless service providers, community leaders, elected representatives and more.
This event provides exhibitors many face-to-face networking opportunities in the exhibit hall (most food will be served in the hall):
Wednesday, November 18: Breakfast, 2 networking breaks, lunch, and a dinner reception (new this year)
Thursday, November 19: Breakfast and 4 networking breaks
Exhibitors can move in on Tuesday, November 17, from noon to 8 p.m. and Wednesday, November 18, from 7 to 9 a.m.
Breakdown will begin at 5 p.m. Friday, November 20.
Package Details
What is included:
Fee includes 10’ X 10’ space, a draped 6’ X 2’ table, two folding chairs, booth identification sign, electricity by request only and two complimentary conference registrations for a single booth or double booth. If you need more than two personnel to staff the booth, you must register each of them separately for the conference. Your company name will be listed on the VAGHC Mobile App.
Fees:
$750 | Single exhibit booth
$1,250 | Double exhibit booth
Audiovisual needs and exhibit services:
An email confirmation will be sent to exhibitors that will provide specific information about ancillary services and the necessary forms to meet the needs of exhibitors, including guidance on how to order audiovisual equipment, modem access and additional furnishing for the exhibit booth.
Set-up and take-down times:
Your exhibit space must be set up by 9 a.m. on Wednesday and can be broken down at 5 p.m. Thursday. You are responsible for the assembly and disassembly of your exhibit and any supplies and personnel required for assembly and disassembly.
