We’ll be exploring topics such as: the availability of various mortgage products and how they may be customized to better serve clients, the documents that must be signed at closing, the recent shift in disclosures, and the role of the lender in helping the client mitigate risk during the homebuying process.

But how do small business owners build the social capital needed to land their dream client? This panel discussion features successful business owners, as well as procurement professionals, and gives the attendees a Birdseye view of what’s necessary to navigate the procurement landscape. We’ll be exploring such topics as: emerging trends in procurement at the state level, how business owners are attaining a certification to give themselves a competitive advantage, strategies to access capital during the gap between order fulfillment and payment processing, as well as the vital components to a successful RFP/RFQ response.
